Calvary YTH is heading to Lake Geneva Youth Camp for an unforgettable Summer Camp experience from June 29-July 2, 2026! Let's get ready for a week of fun, worship, and community as we grow closer to God together.
WHO CAN ATTEND:All incoming 6th grade students through graduated seniors are invited!
REGISTRATION:
All registrations must be submitted through Calvary YTH. When registering, please ensure a usable parent email is provided, as all communication will be sent via this email.
Registrations made through the Lake Geneva Youth Camp website will not be accepted. Incomplete registrations will also not be accepted.
IMPORTANT:
Registrations submitted after April 23rd will be waitlisted. We will receive confirmation in early June to determine if space is available for late registrations.
COST FOR STUDENTS:
- Early Bird (January 29th - February 13th): $ 295
- Regular (February 14th - April 22nd): $ 335
- Late / Waitlisted (April 23rd - May 20th): $370
PLEASE NOTE: No registrations will be accepted after May 20th, and all balances must be paid in full by May 20th.
REFUNDS:
All refund requests must be emailed to calvaryyth@calvarynaperville.org by May 1st.
Due to programming costs and deposit deadlines, we can only process partial refunds after this date.
- No refunds will be issued for students who simply choose not to attend after registration closes.
- Refunds will not be processed until after camp ends.
- No refunds will be given for partial attendance or if a student is expelled from camp.
HOUSING:
All students will be assigned housing prior to arrival at the campgrounds.
Please note that all students will be assigned to cabins by our camp team. If your student would like to request bunking with friends, all room requests must be submitted during registration.
Students may list:
One (1) first-choice friend, and
One (1) second-choice friend they would like to bunk with.
While we do our best to honor these requests, friend requests are not guaranteed. Cabin placements are determined based on availability, spacing, and grade levels.
Please be aware:
Room requests can only be made on the registration form. Any room change requests made after registration will incur a $30 switching fee, pending availability.
Submitting a roommate request does not guarantee placement, and requests are not grounds for refunds or registration cancellation.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to create a safe, organized, and positive camp experience for all students.
CAMP SCHEDULE:
- Check-in: Monday, June 29 at 7:00 am at Calvary Church.
- Please bring a breakfast-style packed meal for the morning. Lunch will be provided at camp.
- Pick-up: July 2nd between 3:00 PM-3:30 PM arrive at Calvary Church (Door 1).
MEDICATIONS:
If your student requires medication during camp, please complete the Medication Form linked and included in your confirmation email.
- Medications form must be completed by May 20 and medications must be submitted at check-in on June 29.

☑️ Hairbrush/comb
☑️ Sunscreen & bug spray

☑️ T-shirts/tank tops (modest)
☑️ Shorts (at least a 5-inch inseam)
☑️ Sweatshirt or jacket (nights can be cool)

☑️ Swimsuit (one-piece or tankini for girls; no speedos for guys)

☑️ Comfortable sneakers (for activities)

❌ Electronic devices (laptops, gaming systems, etc.)

❌ Inappropriate clothing (see dress code)
Packing Tip: Label all belongings! Students are responsible for their own items, and camp is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

DRESS CODE:
All clothing should be modest and appropriate for a church camp setting.
- Shorts must have at least a 5-inch inseam.
- No revealing or see-through clothing.
- No spaghetti straps, plunging necklines, or crop tops.
- Swimsuits: One-piece or tankini only (no bikinis).
CELL PHONE POLICY:
To encourage full engagement, cell phones are discouraged at camp.
If a student brings a phone, the following rules apply:
- No photos/videos in dorms or locker rooms.
- No AirDropping.
- No inappropriate internet use.
- No photos/videos of others without their consent.
Students are expected to follow Calvary YTH and Lake Geneva Youth Camp rules. Failure to do so may result in dismissal at the parent’s expense.
LOST & FOUND:
Any unclaimed items left at camp will be held for two weeks before being donated.
PROPERTY DAMAGE:
Students will be responsible for any damage they cause to camp property, and charges will be billed accordingly.
