LifeGroup Facilitator Form | Winter Semester | January 2026

The Winter 2026 LifeGroup semester runs from:

  • Start Week: Sunday, January 18, 2026

  • End Week: Sunday, April 5, 2026

A LifeGroup is a weekly gathering of 6 to 12 people who meet in homes, coffee shops, and other everyday places—including online. LifeGroups create a Christ-centered space where people build meaningful relationships, grow spiritually, and walk through life together. As part of Calvary’s discipleship pathway, every LifeGroup practices the 7 Rhythms of Rooted—daily devotion, prayer, repentance, sacrificial generosity, serving, sharing your story, and worship. These rhythms help people know God, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference as they live out their faith in community.

If you have not yet completed Growth Track or a Calvary background check, please plan to do so as part of the facilitator process.

Have you ever completed a Calvary background check?

Please upload a clear, landscape photo of your LifeGroup (unfiltered, with no borders or added text), sized 1920×1080. If the submitted photo is low-resolution or heavily edited, a stock image that appropriately represents your group will be used instead.

Life Groups are intentionally designed to meet in homes, coffee shops, parks, other community spaces or online. This approach reflects our vision of doing life together beyond the church campus.

Write a warm, conversational description of your LifeGroup (5–8 sentences).
Help people understand the heart, personality, and rhythm of your group. Describe what you do when you meet, who your group is for, and what someone can expect if they join. Feel free to share your group’s vibe, the kind of conversations you have, or anything unique that helps people imagine what it’s like to be part of your group.

    Example:
Craving deeper connection and spiritual growth? Our group meets weekly for conversation, prayer, and Scripture discussion as we practice the Rhythms of Rooted—daily devotion, prayer, repentance, sacrificial generosity, serving the community, sharing our stories, and worship.
Adults of all ages are welcome, especially if you’re looking for authentic relationships and a place to grow as a disciple of Jesus. We keep things relaxed and relational while encouraging one another in our walk with Christ.
Whether you are new to Calvary or continuing your journey after Rooted, you’ll find a warm, welcoming community where faith and friendship grow together.

Discipleship Focus – The 7 Rhythms of Rooted

Every LifeGroup at Calvary participates in the 7 Rhythms of Rooted:

    1. Daily Devotion
    2. Prayer
    3. Repentance
    4. Sacrificial Generosity
    5. Serve the Community
    6. Share Your Story
    7. Worship

    Facilitator’s Role
